The staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming, and the family with their adorable kids made it feel like home. The room was surprisingly spacious and airy, with a super comfy bed and a lovely seating area outside with a hammock. There was ample space to hang clothes with plenty of hangers and a convenient multi-peg hanger. The free water dispenser and laundry facilities were a bonus. The slightly dated bathroom was large and clean, and the shower heater consistently delivered warm water. But the absolute highlight was the mind-blowing breakfast - it was always huge, delicious, and accompanied by a generous serving of fresh fruit. The coffee was surprisingly good too! The location was superb, just a short 5-minute walk from the bustling walking street, yet it remained peaceful day and night despite being close to the road. A stay here is definitely worth repeating!

I had a blast exploring the World War 2 bridge and Wat Phra That Mae Yen. The homestay and the property were in a race to see who was closer, but I won't tell who won.
The cabin door lock was more of a suggestion than an actual security measure. Just hope no one money-eyed the tempting opportunity to snatch my clothes!

Close to bus station, complementary ride offered. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage. AC and fan options. Friendly staff, welcoming family.

the homestay, simply called Ban Jaipang Homestay, was conveniently situated within walking distance of the night market, 7eleven, hospital. the owner and her children were delightful, and she served a delicious and substantial western-style breakfast along with great coffee. I also appreciated the availability of parking for cars and the opportunity to use a washing machine. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 🌟.

For the price we paid, we got great value at this homestay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling walking street but still peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. a fantastic stay.
The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to add more breakfast options. While the breakfast we had was delicious and filling, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety to choose from.

The comfortable bed and good air conditioning ensured a relaxing night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the free laundry service was a nice bonus. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the main street but away from the noise at night. I also appreciated the free laundry service and the space provided to hang up clothes to dry.
One downside was the presence of mosquitoes in the room upon arrival, but this was quickly resolved once the air conditioning was turned on. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom could be improved and the shower could use a fresh coat of paint.
